Last night for dinner, I made a John Wayne Casserole for the first time and it was delicious.

What's your favorite casserole?

I enjoy making a stuffed pepper casserole. I recently took a dish over to a couple at church who are homebound and they want the recipe. Now I have to figure out what my tweaks were to make it taste better from the written recipe.
