I'm watching the procession of the Cardinals on tv, and it occurred to me that it must be very costly this week to care for all those men while they gather to choose the new pope. What do you think?

Well, I think the church can afford it. From all the popes I have seen it never seems to take very many days for them to pick a new pope.

I was surprised one was chosen so quickly today. He's from Chicago.

Honestly, not my money, not my business.

The news stated yesterday that the Catholic church is suffering financially. I guess they're hoping to gain new members (and money) by choosing the American.
