Thanking the Lord?

I thank the Lord every day for giving me a relatively healthy life and happy moments yet to come. Any prayers for a beginner? I just hold onto my rosary or cross necklace for prayers. Nice and simple ones please that help you see the blessings of life this present moment. It's recommended by my therapist.

by your Holy Spirit.

that we always find
our comfort and joy
in it.

Dearest Lord Christ,
you have enlightened my heart
with your truth.
Give me also
your Holy Spirit
and power,
that I may know and do
what pleases you.
