Yes, apparently there were problems before this happened, the saddest is that there are three that havent been found yet

looks like they really should never of been able to adopt in the first place. I saw this on the news. I think she went nuts and drove them off the cliff intentionally

I don't understand our system. :( Your right they should of never been adopted.

It is hard to tell what happened. I know when I worked in foster care work I did adoption studies for about five kids who ended up getting adopted. There was a trial period where the child was in the home for a period of time while in DSS custody just to see how things went. In many cases, they were foster parents for six months or more before the adoption was finalized.
