Usually music calms me down or singing. I don't get stressed very often and I can handle stressful situations well.

I'm often too tired to be stressed. 😆 🤣
I suppose context is everything, sometimes I pause and regroup. Occasionally I loose it. Exercise, humor and prayer are all great coping mechanisms too and of course they are more than coping mechanisms. Who Wants to be a Millionaire option of 'phoning a friend' seems apt. Play an instrument, sing, at one time I used to paint various traditional art styles. Eating.... probably not my only bad move here. See loosing it above. Reading, meditating and of the like are good avenues too. I've done all these and more as many of us likely have. Today my context is that if a caregiver so YT and posting on a forum are also in vogue. Or maybe they always were, but the options of coping have small and specific windows of opportunity.

I usually take time to reflect on the situation at hand. Deciding whether it's worth worrying about is something I've learned. For example, if the stress is outside your control, why stress about it? If, on the other hand, you can solve the stress in smaller steps to resolve, sure, stress about it at the time, but then reflect and come up with a plan to solve the issue.
