What would you add to this list?

1. The corporate worship time is changed.

2. Members disagree how to deal with a pastor or staff member involved in moral failure.

3. A number of members complain about the length of the worship services.

4. There is lack of clarity and disagreement about who makes decisions.

5. The conflict over worship style is still present.

Christians are sinners. ANYTIME they don't get their way.... aren't the centerpiece... aren't the Lord..... their "Old Adam" will rise up.

We are best when we tell our "Old Adam" where to go.

Most of the time from what I have seen it isn't an issue or morality, but issues of power and control and who has it and who doesn't.
So conflict ends up resulting in issues such as how the church does outreach or programs that are started. I've also seen older adults get upset because the youth make a mess in the church van or in the kitchen of the church. Petty stuff for the most part.
