It would depend on the circumstances.
It's easy to say things like "coffee" and "craft beer", and equally easy to make daft comments about how if the doctor said I'd die unless I quit drinking coffee I'd go straight to the lawyer to get my will updated. That said, if the doctor ever did tell me that continuing to drink coffee would kill me I suspect it would focus my mind on all the reasons why I don't really need it after all.
But, absent a literal life-or-death scenario like this, coffee and craft beer, and meat. I pruned out a load of sugary stuff from my diet and don't miss it anywhere near as much as I thought I would.

It would have to be sweet things for me, especially anything with chocolate. I will struggle to fully enjoy a meal unless I've had something sweet afterwards. A cake or even a chocolate bar really to just complete that meal. It's even worse when I eat something to ensure I'm being healthy even though I hate it. I will suffer through that meal to get to get to that lovely sweet snack at the end lmao.

It does have Sucralose as the last ingredient, but sugar, water, and instant coffee along with the famous "artificial ingredients" are also in it
