I haven't used or tried VR till now and i hope i won't be doing that in future too. It is a great technology but i don't like it.

I'd love to try Virtual Reality and especially with roller coasters! I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and we watched YouTube videos together for her to get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is so much you can experience with VR and stay safe.

Good point, it would be interesting for a handy capable person to be able to experience those things in safe and realistic way. Kind of like that movie Avatar where the paraplegic gets to experience standing up right and running again.

A friend had it and then I bought one but you had to pay for all these apps or you get ads in your VR, I never figured it out and so I returned it lol once was good enough, kind of like going to a museum or something or the space center

I tried a first-person shooter game with a VR headset back in the mid 1990s. It was the sort of scenario where you walk around a building and shoot the robots in it. Pretty simple stuff, and surprisingly immersive. I expect the technology is more convincing now although even the 1990s version took a surprisingly short time to get "in the zone".

I tried it once and it was this virtual reality headset that my younger sister got from the Science Museum in the UK. It was not a good experience but I guess that's probably because it was a somewhat cheap one and not a proper one. It used a smartphone and honestly, it just gave me a headache so put me off VR completely.

I have never tried Virtual Reality. I have watched videos on YouTube of other people experiencing this type of technology. It's something that I really want to try, so I'm looking into the best VR Headset and games to purchase.

It would be so cool if they could perfect VR for world travel. I could be on the beach in Bora Bora and it would really seem like I'm there. I would definitely be a world traveler in VR if they perfected it!
