I went downstairs to the basement and rode my bike that's hooked up to a trainer for 15 minutes. My legs wanted to go so fast but it wore me out too soon. I even had to get off and stretch my quads after 5 minutes then hop back on. I can't believe I used to ride for an hour and a half a day some days!
I did a 2 mile walk with my new hiking shoes...and no blisters! Yay. I'll do some other workout later this afternoon.
