Stuff I ate today:

Morning: Cold brewed coffee/malted grain mix ( I malt this myself and dry, then crush and soak overnight with crushed coffee beans). The coffee also included almond powder and raw sugar.

Breakfast: Tater tots, mushrooms, tofu, lettuce, tomato sauce.
Lunch: Re heated frozen French fries with onion rings I made myself, more tomato sauce and more lettuce.
Dinner: Fettucini with tomato sauce again, soy sauce and lettuce.

Drinks: lemon juice.

As an aside, it amazes me how much stores charge for frozen onion rings. These things are so easy to make.

Baby Carrots, partially cooked then marinaded in a soy sauce/water/herb mixture, so that they resemble how sausages are spiced.

In bread, like a sausage, with pickles and ketchup.
