there has been some severe weather in this area today with hail and wind. two possible tornadoes in the counties to the north of us, but not much in our county so far.

We had thunderstorms roll through early this morning and a tornado watch. It's 60F out right now and that's the high for the day as temps will drop.

76F/24C in the land of 10,000 climates. Opened all the windows to air out the house. Raked up the leaves covering the perennial garden. Patio is set up. Fire at the altar (raised fire pit) may take place this evening.

It was 79 and sunny yesterday. Today it is fighting to get to 50 and it's raining. The Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers are in flood stage, with a crest predicted for Weds or Thurs. The rollercoaster of spring continues.

Sunny sunny sunny, and warm. Up to 28c in the day time. Nice really. Very bright and pleasant. Nice to be outside and nice inside at night as it cools down.

And our Federal Election campaign trundles on; both major parties promising good things but only one having the funding for what they are promising and that one is the left leaning Australian Labor Party! Wooohoo
