    When house hunting, I looked at the location, because that can't be changed. After that it was how well did the owners take care of the home? If they were filthy people, then odds were that they didn't do any necessary maintenance.

    We like to vacation near water and my husband chooses the ocean as his choice over a lake. Our vacations are usually to go visit family/friends though, but every few years we try to take a quick trip to the beach!

    I tend to agree with this sentiment! I can catch up with people without having to deal with some of their character that I don't like or agree with.

    Do you ever meet up with any of your high school friends? I was able to meet with two of my best friends this summer and it's been amazing. We still find that we can connect and be comfortable with each other, and that's wonderful.
