    Tobit says giving alms purges sin. Purge means to clean. Psalm 51 “purge me with hyssop and I will be clean” Jesus said to give alms of such things as you have and all things will be clean to you. What’s the contradiction? Jesus is insinuating the same thing as Tobit.
