The scariest thing for me has to be ODing and waking up in the hospital not knowing whats going on.

Tough question. I've had numerous scary things happen to me in my life. It's hard to choose one, but thinking that I was going to die during one of my most severe panic attacks must be among the scariest I can remember.

Well I can't summon myself lol
Anyway, I also had freakish panic attacks and they are as scary as it gets!
They come on strong and I remember a quote from Leonardo Da Vinci that something like "fear strikes quicker than any other emotion/feeling at full strength", paraphrasing deeply but it was along those lines.
Full blown panic attacks are extremely scary, I too used to take strange drugs and was probably close to over dosing many times, the worst was on LSD that I tried once, it literally felt like I was in eternal perpetual damnation with comprehension of Time and no escape from horror that lasted 12 hours, closing my eyes only made it worse and it was soon after that experience that I found God.
I still get panic attacks and if I'm at work they send me home, but I have to sit in the car with the AC on and just pray before I can drive.. They can only last so long but some days my anxiety just lingers and I have to be alone and tell myself "this is just one of those days, tomorrow I will feel better" and before I go to bed I of course pray.. I always say a few words of prayer just before I close my eyes for sleep because you never know if tomorrow will come.
My first panic attack was when I was 8 or 9 and it really messed me up, my mom saw a mole on me and said "I hope it's not cancerous" and I became a hypochondriac after that
Also heights and being inside tall buildings are scary for me, but ghost, monsters, aliens what have you never scared me, people in general are scary enough lol but I have guidance in Christ that ease my tension of scary people.
