If I was in decent health and had a good mind it would be okay, but otherwise no. Paul said that to be present with the Lord was far better for him. As I think it is far better for us.

If I was in decent health and had a good mind it would be okay, but otherwise no. Paul said that to be present with the Lord was far better for him. As I think it is far better for us.

Yeah, the health thing would be a big IF for me too. I wouldn't want to be stuck in a bed for 10 years or so and not have much quality of life just to grow older. To be with God is far better.

If I could still be in halfway decent health and had enough relationships with people to make it worthwhile, sure. I wouldn't want to find that I lived to be 100, spending the last 10 years not knowing who I was, in constant pain and not having any meaningful relationships with anyone.
