The hardest part about getting older

What’s the hardest part about getting older that no one ever talks about at all?

I think for women it could be prolapse of some body parts that no one ever told us about. I believe that we should be talking to teenage girls about it early on to do pelvic floor strengthening. Once you learn about those things, it's a little late and damage is already done.
