Hi everyone,
This announcement comes with the awesome accomplishment of CH reaching 10,000 posts! We are very thankful for the efforts that everyone has put forth. Thank you to the Staff Team and the Advisor Team for their work as well, and all the members for posting.
We're pleased to announce that we have a new feature aboard here at Christianity Haven. We now have the ability to feature threads. The way this works is that the community can nominate threads to be featured at the top of the forum. Staff will review the nominations weekly and we will have a vote on which threads will be featured. This will be a weekly thing and that the first week we will be gathering nominations and at the end of the week the top 5 or 10 threads will be featured in the list, with the authors of the top 3 nominated threads receiving CH Cash (200 1st, 100 2nd, 50 3rd). Then the process will begin anew. Those threads which are nominated but do not make it to the featured threads list should be removed from the nominated list.
This can not go without saying that we were not alone in getting this idea put into place. This feature was coded and given to us by our awesome Development Advisor, MarkFL. Mark has been incredibly helpful and a huge blessing to the site. So when you see him, give him a hug and thank him!
