Both of those certainly have happened!

I have to conclude that you either do not follow events very closely, in which case you might consider refraining from posting judgments about them or, if not that, you feel the urge to step in to defend a favorite no matter what. This is not identical to the Kavanaugh case where there was a top-level investigation of the charges and the FBI found them to be lacking.

Really? All I have heard is that he kissed someone on the head and that his hand was on someones thigh both of which could have been innocent. Talk about a rush to judgement. What sexual assault have you heard of that i havent?

Psalms91, there are now seven accusers who have come forth, plus a number of incidents caught on film but about which no specific complaint seems to have been leveled. You might research all of these and see if it all amounts to nothing.

Biden recently said in an interview that "Social norms are changing" when addressing the accusations of inappropriately touching women. The full quote is this "Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I've heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That's my responsibility and I will meet it."

Will people go out of their minds like they did when Trump was blasted for talking inappropriately about women?

ARE social norms changing? I seem to think they are. I think people are insisting that there is openness but truly the rules are getting stricter on what is and what is not appropriate anymore.

Obviously, what is socially acceptable and regarded as "normal" CONSTANTLY changes....

But what we have here is pure hypocrisy. Just politics. The radical liberal/communist/socialist wing of the Democrat Party (now in control) want to derail Biden (who is considered "old school", your Grandfather's Democrat), they want him derailed because truth is, he could get the nomination. But the Dems do what they want. When Clinton AS AN ADULT, in the OVAL OFFICE, while President, ADMITTED to do horrible things to a young, vulnerable woman - that was "boys being boys" and had nothing to do with anything and as long as Hilary forgave him (and she did, she blamed the woman for it all) - well, all is fine. BUT when an African-American supreme court nominee was accused of much less while NOT in office, they wanted him to be hanged. And even years later, Trump's nominee to that same court was accused of something MUCH less..... then he was a teenager.... entirely unsubstantiated... well, the accusation of one who then was a drunk teenager is enough to determine the man is a monster and unqualified for anything. All this is pure hypocrisy. Just politics. Pulled off because the press is not "the fourth estate" but just the propaganda agent of the Democrat Party. When the libs want to derail anyone they don't like, find something from 40 years ago... something where the "norms" have changed.... and bingo. Works,

Some changes in "normal" are good, some are not. I mean, what conservatives would criticize a drop in animal experimentation?

What have animal experiments got to do with social norms?
