Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

During the earthly ministry of Jesus, obedience to the law was required of Israel; at this time, he offered the prophetic kingdom on earth to a repentant Israel.

Justification unto eternal life did not come by the law however, faith in Christ did; however, obedience to the law was required to enter the kingdom, and receive postions of authority to reign with Christ; righteousness is required to enter the kingdom.

In the kingdom, adherence to the law will still be commanded. Israel, in the kingdom, will still be required to obey, and teach obediance to, the law; those who do not obey the law, and teach otherwise, will be called the least.
