The USA has an undemocratic senate to "protect the small states" so stop whining :p

I'm not the one whining about the electoral college.

Having an undemocratic electoral college just makes the system stupid.

Er, no. The electoral college isn't supposed to be a strict democracy. That's why it appears undemocratic. It's not democratic because it wasn't supposed to be. You know, it's that way by design. Maybe you could stop whining about it?

Might as well make elections unnecessary and just have the state governors pick a person as president ;)

I'm sure they'd struggle to come up with candidates any less inspiring than Hillary and Donald. Maybe you're onto something there

A monarchist is attacking the institutions of a free country for not being democratic enough. How persuasive. :sleeping1:

When you can explain how Australia having an unelected QUEEN is democratic, then you'll have a point.

Until then, "physician, heal thyself."

I think you have MUCH bigger problems in your own country.

But how many threads and posts are begun by US citizens against Australia?
