"I came not to call the Righteous...
But sinners to repentance..."

Is the Kingdom of Heaven, the Body of Christ on earth, a hospital of souls?
Or is it a court of judgement gathering the Just to worship God?

Or maybe something else entirely?

I go with the analogy to a hospital. The church has within its body people in all sorts of conditions ranging from mortally ill to apparently well and fit. All are in need to some kind of 'treatment'. It may be as little as good food and a place to rest or as much as transfusions, surgery, and extensive recovery time.

On the something else entirely front I'd point to a psychiatric institution because the truth is that sin makes people insane and the first order of treatment is to enable people to see reality instead of the illusions of sin.

Well, the Parable of the Good Samaritan would seem to agree - If you see the Inn as a Hospital that is the Church...
And the Wine and the Oil as the Holy Mysteries...
And the binding of the wounds as the holding back of sins FOR the badly injured man...

And perhaps the demoniacs as well...??

There is a book written by the person of my Avatar, Metropolitan Hierotheos Vlachos, titled "Orthodox Psychotherapy"...
Healing begins with repentance, no matter the cost...

I don't see any connection between your quotes and your question.

Well, if Christ our God came to call sinners to repentance, is this repentance therapeutic?

Or is it that Call of God merely unto judgement of those not repenting?

Or is it something else entirely?

Again...your question makes no sense to me. I don't see the connection to scripture.

OK...

How do you understand the Parable of the Good Samaritan?

Hospital. Jesus went out of his way to reach out to sinners. To those who thought they could see he said their blindness remained

How does your question connect to your half quoted scripture?

"I came not to call the Righteous...

But sinners to repentance..."

So in the New Covenant of the Body and Blood of our Lord, which predominates?

The Parable of the Good Samaritan, the Prodigal Son, the Sower, etc, all the Gospel Parables - Which do they favor?
