15:11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.

15:12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 1 Corinthians 15:11-12

They and I were preaching. Who is the they ? It is readily seen Paul is the I. They were the Apostles; Peter and John; the twelve.

What were they all preaching? The resurrection of Christ, as can be seen in verse 12.

They were not all preaching the same gospel however.

Peter and the Apostles were preaching the gospel of the Circumcision. They were preaching the resurrection of Christ to fulfill the prophesied establishment of the New Testament, and the Kingdom to Israel.

The New Testament would enable Israel, by His Spirit, to obey the law of God; to be a light to the Gentiles in the earthly Kingdom of Jesus.

Paul was preaching the resurrection of Jesus as being the means of our justification by faith, along with His substitutionary death as payment for all our sins.
