Some folk need proof texts. Of course when the proof texts do not suit their theology they can't "see" them. They are "taken out of context" or some other excuse to enable the proof-text seeker to ignore the texts. Patient instruction may work, prayer will work, but how and when is a mystery.
This is a cop-out for you to avoid the emptiness of your claim, MC.
Just show where Jesus is called the leaven. I have never read it anywhere in scripture. This has very little with suiting my theology, but it does seem to be important to suit your theology. Both you and Arsenios seem to have conjured up a mystical leaven found in an allegory that you have made up.
To be fair, the early Reformers tended to create allegories out of their hats as well. Reading some of their comments on the prophets is head scratching when they attempt to allegorize the text. There is no sense in their position.

There is no revelation when there is no scriptural evidence.

Tell that to Moses...

Or to John the Evangellist...

Or to anyone who is an intimate of God...

Tell it to Ananias who Baptized Paul...

Tell it to Paul...

By your own Scripture your words ring false:

2Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God...

The writers of Scripture did not write from Scripture...

They wrote from God...

THAT is Revelation...

Arsenios, you are no prophet, nor are you receiving a new message from God. If you imagine you are receiving such things, you are following the path of Muhammad, Joseph Smith and myriads of other cult leaders who have no connection to Jesus. Be very careful where you tread. God has given us scripture and it is profitable for everything we need.

It does not surprise me that you reject God speaking but the truth is He does speak just as He has throughout history. Yes, it is possible to hear God but you had better be ready to sell out completely to Him and crucify the old man

I know I'm not a moderator anymore, but this comment seems inappropriately mean. You know he doesn't think he is a prophet as well as I do.

He is claiming to be receiving new revelations, jsimms. That's the mark of one claiming to receive new prophesy. It is not unheard of in the orthodox church. Rasputin comes quickly to mind.

My parish uses unleavened bread in holy communion. It appears to be the bread used in the last supper.
