I took a nap a little while ago and woke up throwing up for some reason. I feel okay now though because there is nothing left on my stomach.

woke up, took my 15 pills and a pain pill, hopped on the internet and then went back to sleep. The pain level has went down some but still on a walker. Recovery is going to be slow

I wasn't going to go out back and burn my wood because of a threat of thunderstorms. But the sky looked clear so I decided I'd start burning and stop if it got nasty. I ended up burning almost all of an old wooden crate and my entire pile of laths. Which is nice, it's a big pile out of the middle of the floor in the room I'm working on at the moment. I would have burned the last couple of pieces of the chest but they were too big to go in my burn barrel and I didn't want to leave the fire unattended for long enough to go and get my circular saw.

Then I went to the hardware store and bought a big wrecking bar. I need something with a bit more leverage to lift the floor in my attic. So now instead of using a 12" pry bar I've got a 36" wrecking bar. The weight is much greater and the leverage is vastly better. Hopefully it means I can lift the floor faster.

I switched to a different gym across town, so I went there for the first time this afternoon. The treadmills seem newer and bigger and the machines are a little different, so seems like it is going to be a good change. After that I came home and had my quiet time. Church was good this morning also

Had planned to pull some more ceiling but went for a walk around town and then mowed the grass. Having mowed the grass and then had a shower I hadn't even finished getting dressed before it started raining.

Had planned a walk in the woods since it finally stopped raining but didn't sleep very well and didn't feel like hauling myself up the mountains. So I'm sitting at my computer fiddling with some code for a project I'm working on. So far it's going pretty well.
