We ended up being outside most of the weekend doing chores and going on hikes. Ruth, I was so tired I went to bed at 8PM last night!! Of course at 2AM when I took my thyroid pill I was wide awake yikes!

I do about a 10 minute walk 3 0r 4 times a day. Once in a while I will take him longer, just depends.

Hi Bill and Lamm. I let Suzy lead the way and she usually goes west down the street, she sniffs everything along the way, too. I'm taking her on longer walks now since the weather has improved.

Morning.
I don't usually walk my dogs, but I have a yard I let them play in for hours on end.....they would probably like the walks though, but it would be craziness with for larger dogs at once....and serious COPD.

I also have COPD, do you use an inhaler? I have tried them but they dont seem to help

Around the block when I can get away with it, but generally all the way down to the park ( four blocks away). I've got a fat old lumpy beagle who pours himself off the couch and stands in front of me whenever I get the leash out.

I have a rescue inhaler, and two others. None of them do much...I find things that allow for the flem or mucous to break up and be coughed out is better.....the inhailers seem to do the opposite, but after long term use they do improve lung function a little...
