I'll admit my tongue did have a similar 'ashen' look the last time I took a "Pepto", but it was a common side effect. Glitter? No thanks

Glitter used to be made with glass before plastic became the norm. I've always been leery of glitter near my eyes or mouth since a child because of the glass warning. Even thought it's plastic now who knows how the body could react? No thanks.

I used glitter the first couple of months I was in outpatient therapy for play therapy, but some kids like to use a lot of it and it makes a mess. People were leaving my counseling room for weeks with glitter on their butts without even knowing it LOL
I guess this person will end up having a glittery bowel movement later
