What is the key to healthy aging?

I'm not anywhere near that age, but I hope you don't mind me contributing - this:

I'm thinking that her diet/lifestyle also leaves out alcohol, tobacco etc along with regular exercise.

I will answer anyway, Give up eating meat and dairy foods go veggie or vegan that's a good option for anyone not just those over 55 start young, live longer always sounds good to me. don't drink or smoke makes it better still folks..
