Something similar to what Apostle Peter regularly ate according to the Clementine Homilies:

Bread (soughdough in this case) and olives.

I added some tomato to mine.

A soaked flax seed, raspberry, and water smoothie with a little dark muscovado sugar to sweeten. After that, wholemeal sourdough toast with Vegemite and corn on top.

Homemade hashbrowns with a little ketchup and wholemeal sourdough toast with Vegemite for breakfast.

Soaked flax seed, raspberry, dms and water as per previous post. So yummy.

I think I may make pasta for dinner in a savory tomato sauce full of onion and garlic and olives with a little tofu. Mmmm.

Dinner was delicious

Tomato pasta sauce with garlic and onion powders to spice, plus kalamata olives, carrot, celery, radish, salt...simmered for approximately an hour before adding Falafel balls and finally the soaked and cooked wholemeal spaghetti. It's been well over 2 hours and I'm still full and struggling to put down a few beers lest I bloat up any further. This is a good thing, hehe.

Couldn't be stuffed making anything elaborate.

Wholemeal sourdough bread with Vegemite spread, some spring onion growing in my kitchen, a little lettuce and a tomato.

A large serving of corn and green peas in a strong broth made of lots of different vegetables I simmered for numerous hours then boiled down some. A little toasted sesame seed oil and soy sauce was added to that. Made it extra yummy.

Also a few pieces of wholemeal sourdough and some olives also.

Wholemeal (not sourdough or the good stuff this time but the half/half stuff sold as "wholemeal" in Aus) toast with Vegemite.

Salad: Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, caramelized onion and garlic, avocado, carrot, soaked pepitas, a little bran oil, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, soy sauce.

A large serving of potato (about 600 grams) and half and avocado.

Eating this way is becoming easier and easier and I must say I really enjoy my quick stinkless poos. :p

I've lost quite a bit of weight, although most of it was in the first few weeks. But for beer drinking, I'd have lost much much more. Tackling that is going to be a priority soon. Then I can flex and wear tight fitting shirts again, lol!

Chocolate rolled oats!

Rolled oats, ground into rough flour and cooked, then mixed with cocoa powder, dark muscovado sugar and banana with peel in a blender.

Mmm.

Dinner was potato strips(about 400grams or so) cooked gently with a little oil - covered. Oil mixture included salt, onion and garlic powders, smoked paprika, black pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper.

Also sprouted brown rice (few days sprouted) which was boiled.

I used lettuce as a wrap for these two main ingredients and a ketchup/mustard/sriracha sauce as a dipping sauce.

It was scrumptious.

So far today...

Peanut butter and jelly (jelly is homemade of raspberries, flax seeds and dark muscovado sugar) sandwiches

Toast and Vegemite

Tomato juice

Carrots and simple flax dip (flax seeds - soaked, onion powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, nutritional yeast)

For dinner I'm thinking brown basmati with black beans, veggies and perhaps a teriyaki/tomato/onion sauce. Mmm.
