Last year at Thanksgiving, while visiting my son, I was introduced to Kombucha. Are any of you familiar with it? I have been drinking it but not every day I found this testimony about it and thought you all would appreciate learning about it.

I have never tried it although I see online there are a lot of health benefits. If my body would handle tea well I'd try it :) How is the flavor?

I would not call it yummy like the woman in the video. But, depending on the flavor you buy, it tastes somewhat like home brew, or fruity, fizzy beer.

Water or lemonade or tea. I almost never buy soda, way too heavy to carry all that stuff.

It is a probiotic drink brother, so you might want to choose another replacement drink. Kombucha has to be taken in moderation. There are some good videos in youtube about it. Now, having said that, I think drinking it could be very beneficial for your health and leaving off sugary soda will be good as well. :)

Lol, why is it ... I drink water and get more dehydrated?!
But good lemonade I like, and Iced Tea. But I generally dump sugar in it, so Im probly not making it right.

I find many are the other way around.
Not so good to me. Could be good for me if they were.

I find Kombucha in the produce section at the grocery store in the cooler. So if you want to look for it to try it, look there.
