Open a carton of Egg Nog. Dump in a bottle of white rum. Fold in a whole bunch of whipped cream. Ignore the calories and fat.

I have to make stuff for the kids in school. Write down 2 things you will bring for all the kids. Oh this one is vegetarian, that one has a gluten allergy and that one a cant remember allergy, could you also take that into account?
So either I buy two bags of sweets at the store or I'll say: ask your stepmom LOL.

My sister usually makes a yummy veggie pizza. This recipe is very similar: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/16756/vegetable-pizza-i/

9634.jpg

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust.

Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet.

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer. Chill for one hour, slice and serve.

Get some Bailey's Irish Cream, make some coffee and add sugar, let it cool, add the Bailey's to a sample glass of the coffee start with a little and add more until it tastes good to you and then mix about that proportion into the rest of the coffee and take that with you to the Christmas occasion. Most people welcome a nice Irish Coffee :)

Yum.

Normally, I don't want ANYTHING messing up my coffee.... normally, I avoid all those "foo - foo" coffees. I want mine strong and black - tasting like coffee. But yeah - sometimes - some Baileys and a bit of rum and some whipped cream... a nice dessert coffee. I like coffee with just some chocolate liquor added, too.

This is a simple Christmas cool/cold salad.

Cook some kidney beans, some rice (basmati is best, but a well washed long grain will doo very well too), some chopped mushrooms, and some corn and some peas. Let them cool down, (you can cook the rice with Turmeric to make it yellow if you like). When cool mix the beans, mushrooms, corn and peas into the rice but do it gently so that you do not break the rice grains, have some sour cream and chives on the side, you can add some onion flavoured salt (if it is available in the USA) to the sour cream to make it a little fancy.

Suggested serving is about half a cup of the above rice and mushroom etc mix with a tablespoon full of the sour cream on the plate beside it. It makes a nice clean tasting side for the more meaty dishes eaten at Christmas.

My mom used to make a banana pudding that had nilla wafers in it. This recipe is closest to what she made:

https://www.thespruce.com/easy-banana-pudding-recipe-3051145

IMG_9039.jpg

Ingredients:
1 large package instant vanilla pudding (6 ounces)
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 large container whipped topping (16 ounces)
3 bananas (sliced)
1 banana (for topping, optional)
30 vanilla wafer cookies

Mix pudding and milk; add condensed milk. Blend well; fold in half of the whipped topping.
Toss the 3 sliced bananas with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
In a serving bowl or individual dessert dishes, alternate layers of pudding, banana slices, and vanilla wafers; top with the remaining whipped topping.
For the best flavor, refrigerate overnight before serving.
If desired, garnish the dessert with banana slices just before serving.

buy some corned beef cut its surface about 1 cm deep in cuts separated one from another by about 2 cm then put some pepper in the cuts and a little vinegar (chillies and vinegar works too). cook on high in your microwave for around 30 minutes and then reduce the power to about 30% and cook for another 90 minutes. Just before cooking for the 90 minutes on 30% power surround it with peeled potatoes, peeled carrots, onions cut into quarters or eighths, poke some thin slices of garlic into the slits on the beef and then start cooking for 90 minutes. When it is all finished take it and brown it a little under a grill or in a hot oven. then let it rest for 30 minutes. carve it and make gravy with the juices. The beef will be fall-apart tender and very tasty. Good for a main meal and leftovers work well for days after. The times above are for 2 Kg if you have a bigger corned beef piece then cook longer if you need to.

Throw the package in a pot. Warm up. Chomp bread in it. It's our favorite special Christmas meal.

Basic Refrigerator Cookie

Yield: 4 Dozen

1/2 Cup Butter, softened
