Cheap fish & chips

Last night I cooked a nice skinless fillet of Basa (a fish from Vietnam, like a catfish in way of life but I don't know about taste) with some oven chips and I made a sauce from Praise Mayonnaise and mustard and a little vinegar. Most delicious. I have some sauce left over so I may cook another fillet and chips later in the week.
