I saw in the log that you wrote that the moods are working. I can't get mine to work though. I'm using Firefox does that make a difference?

Because of the way vBulletin's Quick Reply works (using AJAX) things that are added to postbits via plugins won't show up until the page is refreshed, or the author of the plugin has taken great pains to make it happen, which most do not do. :)
